We price each job individually based on the surface area (measured in square metres) and the type of cleaning required. You'll receive a clear, no-obligation quote before any work is carried out.


Only when necessary. For tough stains, black spot, algae or oil, we may use safe, professional-grade solutions, such as sodium hypochlorite. All chemicals are used responsibly and thoroughly rinsed off.


No — we always assess the surface first and use the right pressure and technique to clean safely and effectively without causing damage.


Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access to the area and an outside water supply, you don't need to be in.


If we come across anything during the job that requires extra attention or wasn’t part of the original quote, we’ll pause and let you know straight away. No additional work or costs will go ahead without your permission — everything is discussed first so there are no surprises.


Yes — we stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not fully satisfied with the results, we’ll return to put things right at no extra cost. We clean a wide range of exterior surfaces, including driveways (block paving, tarmac, concrete, resin), patios (stone, slabs, porcelain), decking (wood and composite), garden paths, fencing, walls, and garden furniture. If you’re unsure whether we can clean a particular surface, feel free to ask.


In most cases, we connect to your outdoor tap, which provides a steady water supply for the clean. If you don’t have one or it’s not working, just let us know in advance — we may be able to connect to an indoor tap or bring a limited water supply for smaller jobs. We’ll always find a practical solution to keep things running smoothly.


Light rain usually doesn’t affect the job, but for safety and quality reasons, we may reschedule in the event of heavy rain, strong winds, freezing temperatures, or storms. We’ll always let you know as early as possible if we need to delay the job and arrange a new date that works for you.


It depends on the size and condition of the area. A small patio may take under an hour, while a large or heavily stained surface could take several hours. When we quote, we’ll give you an estimate of how long it’ll take — we focus on doing the job properly, not rushing it.
